Our Media Centre has been established to provide you with a 'one-stop-shop' for all information about community policing in the ACT, including access to media releases, frequently asked questions and various publications.
ACT Policing's media team - Police Media - provide a 24/7 media response and support to members of ACT Policing and the external media.
As stated in our Media Service Charter, ACT Policing is committed to being as open and transparent as possible through the proactive release of information and response to media enquiries.
Police Media is staffed from 6.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and from 7am to 3pm Saturday and Sunday. An on-call Media Liaison Officer is available at all times after-hours for serious incidents, or incidents likely to attract media attention.
