Tell us about your achievement!
A photo license agreement must be completed and signed before publication of any photograph. Click here for a printable PDF version of the agreement to be mailed with the photograph.
Please write the subject's name and address on the back of the photograph.
Digital images are also acceptable. They must be in jpeg format, at least 200 dots per inch and the file size should be 7.5 to 8 megabytes. Images can be sent in on a disc or by e-mail to: photo@arkansasonline.com Please include the person's name, address, a contact phone number, and the specific award in the e-mail.
The completed award form (below) and release must be mail in order for any announcement to be printed.
Eagle Scouts, Gold Awards
The Democrat-Gazette publishes pictures and a brief biography of Eagle Scouts and Girl Scout Gold Award winners. Please click eagle.pdf or goldaward.pdf to download a PDF form you can print out and return to us. The forms include directions and contact information. Arrangements can be made for pictures to be taken at our office in downtown Little Rock.

Arkansas Achievers
Arkansas Achievers is an opportunity to give recognition to those for their achievements. Civilian and military achievements are accepted. Please follow these guidelines:
Achiever(s):
1) Must be an Arkansan or have graduated from a school in Arkansas.
2) Received an award, scholarship, medal or promotion.
Pageants, dean's lists, graduations, or military enrollments or enlistment's are not accepted. No Photographs, please.

Notices of executive promotions, new hires or job changes should be limited to a few paragraphs and may be accompanied by a photograph, preferably a glossy black and white, which will be used on a space available basis. Photos cannot be returned. Please write the subject's name and address on the back of the photograph. Digital images are also acceptable. They must be in jpeg format, at least 200 dots per inch and the file size should be 7.5 to 8 megabytes.
