Central Intelligence Agency Fleet Alternative Fuel Use and Vehicle Acquisition Report - FY 2010 (April 2011)

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) continues to develop methods to increase the Alternative Fuel Vehicle percentage in its qualifying fleet and to enhance alternative fuel usage. This is the CIA’s Alternative Fuel Vehicle (AFV) annual report for Fiscal Year (FY) 2010 and presents CIA alternative fuel use and alternative fuel vehicle acquisition data for Fiscal Year 2010.  This report was developed in accordance with the Energy Policy Act (EPAct) of 1992 (amended in 2005) (42 U.S.C. 13211-13219)), as amended by the Energy Conservation Reauthorization Act of 1998 (Public Law 105-388), Executive Order (E.O.) 13423, Strengthening Federal Environmental, Energy and Transportation Management (72 FR 3919, signed on 24 January 2007) and E.O. 13514, Federal Leadership in Environmental, Energy, and Economic Performance (74 FR 194, signed on 8 October 2009).
