This form is used for: requesting sponsorship support from ActewAGL.

Time to complete this form: approximately 10 minutes

To complete this form you will need:

  • details about the sponsorship proposal including benefits.
  • ActewAGL account numbers.

Please note:

  • proposals must be lodged at least 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the sponsorship.
  • submissions with supporting documentation are preferred.

We will endeavour to contact you within 20 working days. If you want to change your application or you have any questions about the form please contact us.
