For your convenience we have provided a list of our commonly requested information, online services and forms below. If you have a query or need help in completing any of these forms, please ring our general enquiries number on 13 14 93 and we would be happy to assist you.

• Apply for direct debit — The easiest way to pay your accounts — just set and forget.

• Connecting your electricity and/or natural gas services — Apply for an energy supply account
• Request a final electricity reading
• Request a final natural gas reading
• Request check meter reading for water or electricity — If you would like to question the accuracy of your meter reading simply fill in the online form and submit your request. An ActewAGL representative will attend your property and re-read your meter. Please be aware that there may be costs associated with a check reading if ActewAGL finds the original reading to be correct. 
• Moving? Let us help you to disconnect your services and reconnect them at your new address.
• Want a quick electricity quote? Fill out our rapid request form and we'll get straight back to you at a date and time that suits you.

• Book a tour of our treatment plant — Book a tour of the Lower Molonglo Water Quality Control Centre or other water treatment plants
• Employment application coversheet — This form should be attached to all ActewAGL job applications
• HR enquiry form - Make an enquiry of our Human Resources team
• Theft report — Tell us if you think someone is stealing electricity or water from ActewAGL.
• Making a claim for loss or damage - If you have experienced loss or damage as a result of ActewAGL’s business activities, you may be eligible to make a claim for compensation.
