I interviewed several companies when I planned to move from my townhome to my new residential house. Right out of the blocks I knew I had found a great company because the lady I spoke with (Jan) asked all of the right questions and provided me with service choices. They had no extra charges for nonsense like stairs, appliances, stretch wrap, tape, armoires, etc., etc. It was nice to receive a written confimation days before my move so I could check and confirm pricing and details. The moving crew was fantastic. They were very respectful, fast and careful with my furniture. They placed everything in my new home where I asked them to. I will definately use Allstar Metro Movers again if and when I move.

Communication with their office was great. They are organized and very informative and helped us to choose the service that was just right for us. We liked the fact that we received everything in writing prior to our scheduled date. The day before our move we received a call to let us know the two hour window of arrival for the crew. On the day of our move we received a call from the crew leader letting us know that they were in route and would arrive in thirty minutes. The crew was courteous and professional with a want-to-please attitude. They handled our items carefully and they were very proficient and fast. We highly recommend Allstar Metro Movers.
