Kristen Stewart poses topless, smiles in behind-the-scenes video of perfume ad shoot

kristen-stewart-kids-choice-awards

Kristen Stewart continues to carry out her duties as the face of Balenciaga’s fragrance line with a new ad campaign for the fashion label’s second scent.

A new behind-the-scenes video shows the actress — topless and adorned with flowering vines — posing with an over-sized bottle of Rosabotanica. The perfume includes notes of pink pepper, cardamom, white amber, cedar wood, and patchouli, which combine to “cloak you in a gorgeous garden of fragrance.”

“It’s like she knows the environment so well, that when the lens steps in to take a look at her it’s like, ‘I’ve been here in my own world for so long, now who’s looking at me?’” Stewart says of the character she plays in Balenciaga’s scent “story.”

In January 2012, Stewart was tapped as the face of Balenciaga’s Florabotanica perfume. Just last month, she struck another lucrative fashion deal when she signed on to star in the campaign for Chanel’s Métiers d’Art Paris-Dallas 2013-2014 collection.

'Project Runway All Stars' Finale: Family-inspired fashion and a styling disaster

“You will always be All Stars, but there can only be one winner,” host Alyssa Milano warns in the teaser for tonight’s Project Runway All Stars finale. It’s finally down to the top three — Seth Aaron Henderson, Korto Momulu, and Elena Slivnyak — so who will earn Runway immortality?

The outlook isn’t good for one contestant. “The pants don’t fit!” barks judge Issac Mizrahi in a promo video from Lifetime. “The whole thing is a styling disaster!”

Tonight the contestants visit the United Nations, where they’re tasked with creating a seven-piece collection inspired by their family history. The catch? One ensemble must be made completely out of scarves. Oprah BFF Gayle King and designer Zac Posen serve as guest judges.

Watch a sneak peek of tonight’s Project Runway All Stars finale after the jump.

Miley Cyrus is the face of designer Marc Jacobs' spring line

Miley Cyrus has signed on to be the face of designer Marc Jacobs’ eponymous fashion line.

On Wednesday, Jacobs confirmed via Twitter that Cyrus stars in his spring ad campaign. “Secret’s out, @MileyCyrus stars in the MJ SS14 Campaign shot by David Sims!” the designer tweeted.

Cyrus and Jacobs have known each other for years. In 2013, the pop singer wore some memorable looks by the designer — including a black mesh gown she wore to the annual Met gala last May — and posed naked for a charity T-shirt that was part of Jacobs’ “Protect the Skin You’re In” campaign. She was even on hand — and fully clothed — to present him with the Superstar Award at the FGI Awards in New York City.

In an interview with Hunger TV last October, Cyrus credited Jacobs with introducing her to the world of fashion when she was a young Disney star. “He kind of brought me into fashion like when I was 16, that was when I started being around him and learning from him,” she explained. “He kind of let me inspire some of his pieces.”

Report: Jay-Z's Barneys collection rakes in $1 million

Despite the controversy surrounding the release of Jay-Z’s holiday collection for Barneys New York, the rap mogul’s line of clothes and accessories for the upscale retailer raked in a lot of money.

The New York Daily News quotes a source close to Barneys, who claimed that while the numbers were still being tallied, “profits had exceeded the million-dollar mark.”

The launch of the “A New York Holiday” collection was overshadowed by accusations of discrimination when two black shoppers said they were racially profiled after making expensive purchases at the luxury department store. Though his fans criticized him for refusing to pull out of his fashion partnership with Barneys, Jay-Z defended his decision to go ahead with the line as planned.    READ FULL STORY

Mindy Kaling's 'Elle' cover: Where's her body?

One of these things is not like the other.

Elle has released four covers for the February “Women in Television” issue, including Parks and Recreation star Amy Poehler, New Girl‘s Zooey Deschanel, and Girls‘ Allison Williams in full-body shots. However, it is Mindy Kaling’s cover that is stirring some controversy because it only features a close-up of her face.

Though still a beautiful shot, some are now comparing the cover to Melissa McCarthy’s coat cover back in October. A similar incident also happened with the magazine’s 25th anniversary issue back in 2010 when Gabourey Sidibe, Megan Fox, Lauren Conrad, and Amanda Seyfried appeared on separate covers. Fox, Conrad, and Seyfried were featured in full-length photos, but Sidibe’s image was framed as a head-and-shoulders shot.

Kaling took to Twitter to respond and promote her full body of work at the same time.

Fashion Face-Off: Who was best dressed at the 'Girls' season 3 premiere? -- POLL

Not even the approaching polar vortex could stop the girls of Girls from showing some skin at the season 3 premiere in New York City tonight.

And with the exception of Zosia Mamet, each of the ladies stayed true to her signature style.

Jemima Kirke’s vintage ivory satin Geminola dress had a definite boho vibe, Lena Dunham sparkled in a sequined frock from Rochas — and experimented with smoky eye makeup — and Allison Williams was every inch the ingenue in Dior. The usually eccentric Mamet chose to keep it simple in a little black Saint Laurent dress and gold accessories.

Who was best dressed? Cast your vote after the jump.  READ FULL STORY
