Dave Little's Parx analysis for Monday, December 30, 2013

1st
M J Plus displayed big improvement when dropped to this level in last, logical start to the Double. Strike Down is not a prolific winner (3-for-47 lifetime) but is always competitive at this level. Foreign Review faded late but still managed to hold on for the show dough in last, include.
2nd
Borovo clobbered claimers in explosive fashion to record lifetime win No. 1 in last, looks ready to win another for Cathal Lynch, who excels off of layoffs. Turini has been underestimated on the morning line, resume says he can go with this kind. Rae Jet has had problems last two, could be close at an inflated price.
3rd
Bugsky almost got the job done in last when dropped to this level, post position does create a small problem, but is one that she should be able to overcome given her edge on this bunch. Colorful Image has speed, should be in the mix as they near the wire. Artful Persuasion, like the second choice, has had many chances at this level, won’t win it but should be right there.
4th
Lookingatlangfuhr drops in with claimers off some good efforts with tough allowance stock, call in race where a handful can win. Vasten destroyed N2L two back and is an obvious threat at the N3L class. Runnin Bull was determined but just failed to last in most recent, could take these gate to wire. Yourhonorandglory has a respectable Parx resume (11-2-2-1) and worked a bullet for this.
5th
Full Liquidity made his way to the top before getting nipped on the wire in second attempt at this level, looks ready to beat these now. Closing Vision battled throughout racing wide, came up but a half-length short in last as the 7-5 favorite, huge threat. My Nonno was in tougher last two, possesses speed worth noting.
6th
Roar of Rohan plummets to the $10,000 claiming level, blasted Alw16000s types three back as the chalk, strictly the one to beat. Big Blue Nation shows plenty of good lines on his card when facing better foes, dangerous main foe. Dos Oro is another dangerous dropper, has won 2-of-5 lifetime Parx starts.
7th
Tetherball has put together four superb efforts in a row, Marya Montoya trainee has a great knack for staying close throughout her races, should have enough late to beat these. She Craves Capital is off a dominant maiden-breaking win, next best. R Baby Bells was second with n1x state breds in last, comes back against the same kind here.
8th
Javerre was in far too deep when facing Gr. I stock in last, missed just a neck in the start prior in an overnight stakes event at Monmouth, class call with Elliott riding. I Love It takes on better but has been absolutely superb in last two. Marilyn’s Guy always races competitively at this level, include.
9th
Primal Love bumped up to this level in last and raced quite well for second at 7-1, could be a similar price today and could take this with a similar effort. War Won raced wide after a slow beginning and was a reasonable fourth in Parx debut, should show more off that effort. Golden Punch has big speed but rarely enough to deliver a victory.

Best Bet – Javerre (8th)
