Meet Microsoft's next generation of innovators

In the winter of 2011, Microsoft launched an internal search for our next generation of innovators. We asked our employees to submit short videos to explain how they were helping our customers and partners Be What’s Next. The guidelines were intentionally loose to encourage creativity, and the submissions represented the broad spectrum of how Microsoft technologies are helping people around the world realize their full potential. This channel features the 30 videos from the elite group of winners who are now known as “The Microsoft Next.”
