A U.K. rep for Lawson, 53, declined to discuss the new reports with People, citing he "can't comment during live proceedings." But according to the U.K's Telegraph, the prosecutor on the case told the court, "This is a totally scurrilous account which has been raised by the defense." Those who work with Lawson agree. It's not always glitz and glam when it comes to making movies! Jena Malone stopped by Chelsea Lately and revealed that her elevator striptease scene wasn't nearly as easy to pull off (sorry, had to!) as people may think. In fact, the actress shared that she encountered a rather uncomfortable run-in with a hotel guest as she was filming in the buff. "It was an actual elevator that was working in an actual hotel and it was a giant hotel in Atlanta, the Marriot Marquis," she shared. "And I had like Winnie the Pooh stickers around my [nipples]." Jennifer Lawrence, Martha Stewart and more recite Rob Ford's crazy assertions on 'Letterman'

1 hour ago | Pop2it | See recent Pop2it news »

"The Late Show with David Letterman" had a funny bit Wednesday (Nov. 27), where they spoofed a Ken Burns documentary -- this fake one is called "The Statement"-- by having celebrities recite the crazy quotes that have been coming from "Rob Ford, the crack-lovin' mayor of Toronto."

Jonah Hill, Jennifer Lawrence, Vince Vaughn, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Martha Stewart (!) are the ones reciting all the crazy stuff about crack cocaine, alcohol, drunken stupors and eventually "running for prime minister" that Mayor Ford has been spouting these last few weeks.

It's not quite "Celebrities Read Mean Tweets," but it'll do, Letterman.  »

Happy birthday Karen Gillan: 8 reasons to be thankful for the 'Doctor Who' companion

2 hours ago | Pop2it | See recent Pop2it news »

She may no longer be on the show, but Karen Gillan will always be the 11th Doctor's first companion on "Doctor Who." Shes also forever the Doctor's favorite ginger. Gillan is celebrating her 26th birthday on Thursday (November 28), which also happens to be Thanksgiving in the United States.

As a way to combine the celebrations, here are eight reasons to be very thankful for Gillan and the fact that's out there brightening everyone's day.

1. She's Amy Pond. This should be enough for just about anyone. As the Doctor's companion, she was at her raggedy man's side through all manner of adventures in space and time.

2. She's pretty good at bowling, even if she doesn't know what she's doing.

3. She's Nebula in "Guardians of the Galaxy." From Doctor's companion to Marvel Cinematic Universe? Good on you, Karen.

4. She's ready to go whenever they get around to remaking "Coyote Ugly."

5. Her time machine plan is very smart. »

'Homeland's' Mandy Patinkin is Jimmy Fallon's 'Candy Crush' guru, sings on 'Late Night'

2 hours ago | Pop2it | See recent Pop2it news »

Warning: Mild language warning for the above video

When it comes time to get you through the holiday season, chances are people will use the alone time to play some video games. And clearly the most addictive video game of all at the moment is "Candy Crush Saga."

That's why it's so funny and makes so much sense that Jimmy Fallon would have a sketch where he plays "Candy Crush" on "Late Night." Better yet, that he would be incompetent at the game and need "Homeland's" Mandy "Candy" Patinkin to help him beat the game's challenging levels (aka, Level 6).

This year, we are thankful for the Internet to allow hilarious videos like this to be made and distributed. Because really, this video is the greatest. Just wait until Patinkin starts singing.

So thanks, Jimmy and Mandy, for keeping us laughing year after year. »
