Just accept it. It's just the way Dota is.

The fatal damage is the same as axe's culling blade, deals a lot of damage and removes buffs. Culling blade removes shallow grave, Ice blast doesn't.

Yes you can create, but games will be hosted on d2ware servers only so no SEA servers unless they add. You can also join existing lobbies already, all lobbies need 10 players to start. You won't get banned on steam for anything you do in d2ware.

I think they only have US, EU, and maybe AUS servers. I read on your other comment you play on SEA servers, it's up to you if you want to play with lag no one will complain about it. If you abandon some games you will be banned from playing on d2ware for a while.

You can play custom games there, very different from the normal 5v5 3 lanes game. Best part is you don't even have to install anything but Dota 2.
