+David Greenberg Of course we have government, we do need protection from our inalienable rights to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness, but everything you described (roads and other infrastructure) can be brought to us more efficiently in a free market environment. Stable currency? Government doesn't bring that to us in the least sense, only a currency that is backed by something (gold, silver, wheat) can offer that, there are numerous historical examples of what the end result is of a fiat currency. The free market isn't some horror story you've been brainwashed to believe. Two people come together to make a transaction. If one person offers something to another person, and the other person accepts, then you have a mutually beneficial transaction take place where both parties win. As you can tell, obamacare is a transaction where some people are winning at the expense of other people losing. That is not a free market, this is not a mutually beneficial transaction, and will only prevail in dividing people even further.
