USCIS Online Customer Service Tools

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invited you to participate in a stakeholder webinar on Friday, November 1, 2013 from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Eastern) to discuss our online self-help customer service tools.

During this engagement, we shared an overview of our online self-help customer service tools, including the enhanced Change of Address service. This service, launched on October 25, provides our customers with a streamlined process for updating their mailing address with USCIS. USCIS officials were also available to answer your questions.
