The Real Estate Finance Database

The Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York maintains a database of information related to all submitted offerings of cooperatives, condominiums, homeowners associations, and timeshares. All information, including submission and acceptance for filing dates, plan names and addresses, sponsors and their principals, listings of amendments and their contents, file numbers and other data, is updated as new offering plans and amendments are submitted and accepted for filing. The foregoing information is available on the Attorney General's website. The offering plans and amendments themselves cannot be viewed through the website. However, if after searching for this information you wish to request copies of offering plans or amendments, you may do so pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law ("FOIL") by clicking here.

Instructions for Searching the Real Estate Finance Database

Click here to go to the Welcome screen to begin your search. You may search by using the name of the offering plan, the address of the offering plan or the assigned file number. Once you have located the offering plan you are searching for you will be able to access additional information such as the type of offering, the number and type of units included in it, the name of the sponsor or the principals of sponsor and all relevant dates related to that offering plan.
