The Rochester Regional Office serves the counties of Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne, and Yates (Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, and Wyoming in the Court of Claims). Bureaus represented in office include Consumer Frauds and Public Advocacy, Charities and Not-for-Profits, State Counsel and Litigation, and the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.
