The Binghamton Regional Office opened in 1968 and serves the counties of Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Delaware, Otsego, Schuyler, Tioga, and Tompkins. Bureaus represented in the office include: Consumer Frauds and Not-for-Profits, Charities and Not-for-Profits, Criminal Prosecutions, State Counsel and Litigation, and the Sex Offender Management Unit.
