Downtown Denver
Also known as the Central Business District, Downtown is the main entertainment, financial and commercial district in the city of Denver. Downtown is composed of many smaller neighborhoods including LoDo. Over 34 buildings over 300 feet in height are situated in downtown. Downtown is currently home to Coors Field, the Pepsi Center, hundreds of bars, restaurants and cafes, and over 10,000 residents.
Golden Triangle
Home to eight of Denver's museums, over fifty galleries, and dozens of restaurants and nightclubs, the Golden Triangle is a trendy, hip, and creatively stimulating part of Denver. Defined as the area between Lincoln, Speer, and Colfax, parts of the neighborhood overlap with Capitol Hill.
Lincoln Park
Home to the Santa Fe Arts District, Lincoln Park is a neighborhood named after a park by the same name and situated near downtown Denver. Defined as the area between 6th Avenue, Cherry Creek, West Colfax and South Platte River, this neighborhood is home to more than 40 galleries. A plan is currently underway to provide 900 units of mixed-income housing and space for a farmer's market.
LoDo
Short for Lower Downtown, LoDo was the oldest settlement of the city of Denver. Over the years, this mixed-use historic district has been restored and revitalized into a lively neighborhood.
Home to many Victorian buildings, over 90 restaurants or bars, and Coors Field, LoDo is also home to many graphic design agencies and art galleries.
Larimer Square is nearby and covered with glittering lights. Larimer Square is home to many shops and boutiques featuring more than 200 fashion lines from around the world.
Mayfair
Defined as the area between 6th Avenue, Colfax, Albion and Monaco, Mayfair is a small neighborhood between some of the most popular neighborhoods in Denver. Mayfair is home to bungalow style homes and Mayfair park, situated near eclectic restaurants.
Uptown
Where chic meets progressive, Uptown is a lively neighborhood full of Victorian architecture and is home to City Park - the largest green space in Denver. City Park is full of trees, hiking trails, bike paths, the Denver Zoo and the Denver Museum of Natural Science. Denver's oldest residential neighborhood, Uptown is defined as the area between Colfax, 20th Street, York Street and Broadway.
Tech Center
Located approximately twenty-five minutes from downtown along I-25, headquarters of many high tech businesses can be found in this neighborhood between Arapahoe Avenue and Belleview Avenue.
Washington Park
Called "Wash Park" for short, this neighborhood is full of Victorian buildings and surrounds a park from whence it takes its name. A trendy and popular neighborhood lush with restaurants, Washington Park is defined as the area between Broadway and University Boulevard, and Alemeda Avenue and Evans Avenue.
