This statement reflects the privacy policy of Hollywood Stock Exchange, LLC ("HSX"), the owner and operator of the Hollywood Stock Exchange, with respect to the web site located at www.hsx.com and www.hollywoodstockexchange.com (the "Site").

Personally Identifiable Information

We only collect personally identifiable information, such as names, home addresses, e-mail addresses, and telephone numbers, from our visitors when such information is voluntarily provided. For example, when registering to participate in the Hollywood Stock Exchange, a visitor may be asked to provide, amongst other things, their first and last name, date of birth, gender, zip code, and e-mail address.

The personally identifiable information that HSX collects is used to provide services to participants of the Hollywood Stock Exchange, to customize content, product offerings and/or layout of our Site for each individual visitor, to notify visitors about updates to and activities on the Site, and to contact visitors for information verification purposes. In order to participate in our community talk boards, users must be registered member of our web site. Upon participating in our talk board, members will be asked for their user name and password. Always remember that in order to protect your privacy users should not post any personal information, such as their home address or credit card information, as this information is made available to all visitors. To request removal of your personal information from our community talk boards, contact us at support@hsx.com. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

We may provide your personal information to companies that provide services to help us with our business activities such as shipping your order or offering customer service. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal process served on our web site.

If Hollywood Stock Exchange is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.

Enhancement of Personal Information

We enhance our user database information with third party data to better manage the content of our site and provide pertinent offers we think our users would be interested in. Certain summary demographics are also used in our research product offerings. Individual information is never used in our research product offering and is never tied back to the individual or resold for any purposes.

Visitors that provide us with their postal address will be automatically eligible to receive special offers concerning new products and services or learn of upcoming events via postal mail. Service Announcements

On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send users an email. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. These communications are not promotional in nature.

Special Offers and Updates

We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter from time to time. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Please see the Choice and Opt-out section.

Choice and Opt-out

We provide you the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes, when we ask for this information. For example, if you purchase a product/service but do not wish to receive any additional marketing material from us, you can indicate your preference on our order form.

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication or by emailing us at support@hsx.com. Customer Service

We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regard to issues relating to their account we reply via email or phone, in accordance with the users' wishes.

Surveys & Contests

From time-to-time our Site requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code). Contact information will be shared with the contest or survey sponsors to notify the winners and award prizes. Anonymous Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this Site. Non-Personally Identifiable Information

Our server automatically recognizes visitors' domain name and Internet Protocol addresses (where possible). Our server does not collect any personal information about our visitors unless such information is voluntarily provided by the visitor. We also collect information about how visitors use the Site (for example what terms are searched for). This information, which is collected and maintained in anonymous, non-personal, aggregate form, allows us to improve the content of the Site and facilitate market research. Cookies

"Cookies" are commonly used pieces of information in the form of small files that are placed on an individual's computer hard drive to enable the individual to more easily communicate and interact with the Site. We use cookies to save certain information about users of the Hollywood Stock Exchange and others who visit the Site, in order to facilitate and enhance future activities with the Hollywood Stock Exchange and/or Site. HSX does not use cookies to retrieve information from a computer that is unrelated to HSX or the Site.

We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our Site.

We use an outside advertisement serving company to display advertisements on the Site. The advertisement serving company may place and collect cookies when it displays an advertisement on the Site. We do not have access to information that would confirm the use of cookies by the advertisement serving company.

Web beacons

Our Web pages contain electronic images known as Web beacons (sometimes called single-pixel gifs) and are used along with cookies to compile aggregated statistics to analyze how our site is used and may be used in some of our emails to let us know which emails and links have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of our customer communications and marketing campaigns.

Access, Review, Update

Facebook Connect

You can log in to our site using sign-in services such as Facebook Connect. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign up form. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on this Web site to your profile page to share with others within your network.

Social Media Widgets

Our Web site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Tell-A-Friend

If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our Site, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. HSX will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the Site. HSX does store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. The friend may contact Customer Support by email at support@hsx.com to request the removal of this information from our database.

Our Site contains links to other web sites. HSX is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other web sites.

Consent to Processing

By visiting this Site, all visitors consent to the collection, maintenance, and processing of their personal and non-personal information in the United States.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post material changes on the Site so our users are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and if we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will provide prior notice to users by way of an e-mail. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner.
