I’m hopeful that Atlantis is going to give the BBC some fairly dependable family adventuring for Saturday nights in the seasons between Doctor Who. Merlin and Robin Hood never really did it for me, but my optimism won’t be fazed.
The series was created by Howard Overman, the man behind Misfits, Vexed and the Dirk Gently TV show. I’d say that makes him one and a half for three, then. So it’s a coin toss. But it’s going to come up heads. Like I said. Surely?
