Pairing the Jonathan Groff comedy with Girls could be amazing. It would make a much better companion to Girls than Enlightenment, anyway. Also, not since QAF and L Word on Showtime has there been an interesting ensemble of gay-identified lead characters and I miss that on TV.
What about the HBO comedy pilot “Getting On” starring Laurie Metcalf, Niecy Nash and Alex Bornstein, directed by Miguel Arteta, produced by Mark V. Olsen and Will Scheffer?
Silicon Valley looks good!! My sister is a semiconductor broker and I was a trading floor assistant. There’s been fistfights that have broken out on the floor when a $1.2 profit deal was on the line with FoxConn. The men were even more territorial… Plus throw some coke, more money and ego in, and you’ve got yourself a party.
you’ve got ray donovan on showtime but the setting is hollywood stars instead of financiers.
this is getting boring. For both HBO and Showtime
