Who are the rising young executives driving our business forward?

Billboard's new Power Players special feature "40 Under 40" will identify these individuals -- and we invite our readers to offer their nominations online here.

Individuals in all aspects of the music industry are eligible if they were born after Aug 3, 1973. (Our report will be published in the issue dated Aug. 3, 2013).    Individuals recognized in a previous Billboard Power Players report are eligible for consideration.

Individuals who make their living primarily as artists and/or songwriters are not eligible unless they own their recordings or songs and act in a business or executive capacity to market them.

Billboard editors will choose among the nominees by considering their achievements, both within their company and the broader industry, with an emphasis on recent, measurable accomplishment, as described in their nomination.

The deadline for nominations is Friday, May 10, 2013
