For any article, you may not display more text than we provide in the RSS feed.

Ownership/Attribution:

Us Weekly retains all ownership and other rights in the RSS Content, and any and all Us Weekly logos and trademarks used in connection with the RSS service. You must retain in original form any attributions, credits and by-lines provided in the RSS feed, and you must prominently credit Us Weekly in connection with each RSS excerpt that you publish.

Right to Discontinue Feeds:

Us Weekly reserves the right to discontinue providing any or all of the RSS feeds at any time and to require you to cease displaying, distributing or otherwise using any or all of the RSS feeds for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, your violation of any provision of these RSS Terms of Use. Us Weekly and its related entities assume no liability for any of your activities in connection with the RSS feeds or for your use of the RSS feeds.
