CG157 Hyperphosphataemia in chronic kidney disease: costing report

A costing report and template has been produced to estimate the financial impact to the NHS of implementing the guidance. The costing work focuses on the recommendations that require the most resources to implement or will generate the most savings. The cost and activity assessments are estimates based on a number of assumptions. These assessment provide an indication of the likely impact and are not absolute figures.

The costing template can be used by health communities to assess the local impact of implementing the recommendations, based on the local population. The assumptions used in the template can be altered to reflect local circumstances.
