Training Catalog help FAQ

The Microsoft Training Catalog is intended for individuals who are purchasing online training for their own use or those who want to find free online training offers.

To sign in to the Microsoft Training Catalog, use your Microsoft account (email address and password). If you have a Hotmail account, MSN email account, or Microsoft Passport, you have a Microsoft account. If you do not have a Microsoft account, go to the Microsoft account site to sign up and create your credentials.

You can get your Microsoft account number by following four simple steps:

  • Go to the Microsoft Account sign-in page.

  • Enter the email address and password associated with your Microsoft account.

  • Under Account Summary, click Edit personal info.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page to locate your unique ID.

Go to the Learning Manager Access Code page and enter your access code.

Note The code is case-sensitive. You will be prompted to sign in with a Microsoft account (the email address and password that you use to access the site each time you sign in). If your employer provided you with an access code as part of your organization’s Microsoft Software Assurance or Volume Licensing purchases, refer to the Business Users tab.
