The Libraries of the Royal Horticultural Society hold the world’s finest collection of printed material on gardens, gardening and their related subjects.
Our collections are essential for the study of garden history, garden design and practical gardening in all of its aspects.
We also have outstanding visual collections, ranging from original botanical drawings and historical photographs to postcards, glass lantern slides, floral Christmas cards and a wealth of other fascinating items.
The RHS Libraries are open to all, and are located in London and at RHS Gardens Wisley and Harlow Carr. We also have small reading rooms at RHS Gardens Hyde Hall and Rosemoor. Click here for the opening times of all of our branches.
