Strategically located across the globe to gain an understanding of regional demands and requirements, the more than 45 Bell Helicopter Customer Support Engineers (CSEs) are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist our customers. Factory-trained, qualified airframe and engine experts, provide technical/logistical support, warranty assistance, systems integration, trouble shooting and on-the-job training for operators with an understanding of regional demands and requirements. With the full support of Bell Helicopter’s Product Support Engineering, warranty, publications and logistics resources to provide total responsiveness to the needs of customers. Bell Helicopter CSEs are qualified airframe and engine experts and can assist the customer on systems integration and troubleshooting.
