On the journey to completely opening up and owning your disease, we all feel guilt and things we are afraid to admit.
Send in your secret, and flush it away. This is a way to let those out, hopefully let some weight off, and compare our experiences with others and feel less alone. Please view these secrets and discuss, but please don’t judge. There is validity to everyone’s feelings, no matter how much we may disagree. This is a safe place to let go.
Create something that shows what your secret is- it can be anything from feelings of guilt to the funny color of your poop! Photoshop it, color it, scan it, and upload it. This can be a great way to unload something you’ve been carrying, or a first step in becoming more public with your disease. You can use this template if you want.
