With a foundation philosophy that leadership and service are interconnected, the Center for Leadership and Service (CLS) empowers students to intentionally engage in leadership learning and to practice active citizenship through a wide variety of popular programs and activities.

Fraternities and sororities are an established tradition at the University of Georgia, dating back more than 150 years. There are currently 61 national Greek-letter men’s and women’s groups administered by the Greek Life Office through the Interfraternity Council, the National Pan-Hellenic Council, the Multicultural Greek Council and the Panhellenic Council.
