If you’re having problems using or registering with Universal Jobmatch:
- check your email spam folder for the confirmation email
- make a note of the Government Gateway number during the sign-up process - you will need this to sign in again later
- send an email describing your problem to universal.jobmatchgg@dwp.gsi.gov.uk
