great post thank you for sharing it with us, for me my meals are simple, milk in the morning with cake, dinner not something has alot of fat. i get 4 meals a day, i focus on olive oil, and argan oil, they are important for our health. ginger water too. i would like to share my blog here: extrafatkiller.blogspot.com
