Yellow Card scheme

Report medicine side effects

The YellowCard Scheme is run by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). 

The scheme allows patients and clinicians to report suspected side effects of medicines so they can be monitored.

YellowCard reports are continually assessed to ensure that medicines are safe and that risks are kept to a minimum.
