Can the SB-R200 Wireless Speedlight work as a seperate individual flash off the D90's pop up flash if so will extra equipment need to be purchased?

You can achieve almost the same results by going into your D700 menu and setting your flash as the commander on the correct channel and group as your flashes are.
You lose flexibility and ease of use when attempting to use you cameras menu to set up your flash settings, especially out of doors in bright day light.

I noticed that 1/1600 is listed as the flash duration for the sb-r200. I presume that's at full power. However, what are its flash durations at lower power settings?
