HSC - Phase I Renovations
Health Sciences Campus
Phase I renovations at the Health Sciences Campus include Miller Hall, Winnie Davis Hall (pictured) and Russell Hall. The GHSU/UGA Medical Partnership will occupy Winnie Davis and the first floor of Russell while the CPH's Epidemiology & Biostatistics departments will occupy Miller Hall. The second floor of Russell Hall will provide classroom space for both units.

HSC - Phase II Renovations

Phase II renovations include Scott Hall and Rhodes Hall. Scott Hall is a 1964 building constructed in the international style and will house both Food Service and Student Affairs operations. Rhodes Hall, constructed in 1905, will house the Dean's office and the administrative personnel for the College of Public Health.

HSC - Phase III Renovations

On October 11th the BOR formally approved a third phase of HSC renovations. This $12.8M installment will include updates to the Hudson Clinic, Pound Hall, and portions of Wright Hall. Each of these facilities will be used to house departments within the College of Public Health.

UGA Housing - Brown Hall Renovation
Health Sciences Campus
Formerly the Navy Supply Corps School barracks, Brown Hall will undergo a $1.9M renovation to make 200 beds available for UGA students. The current plan includes basic life safety, electrical, mechanical, ADA, fire code and other system upgrades. The three-story, 48,959-square foot building is scheduled to be online for the fall semester of 2013. This project is being funded by UGA Housing.

University Childcare Center
Health Sciences Campus
This renovation project transformed the former Navy Exchange Building into a childcare facility. Erected in 1984, the stucco over metal frame building now operates as a daycare for children of university faculty, staff and students. It will also be open to the community if space allows.
