In a blind taste test I would have never labeled this a cab...much more Pinot Noir somewhat fruity for a cab, but absolutely scrumptious and an easy drinker with or without food. Kept it at 50 degrees in the wine fridge but noticed the tannins became more prominent as it warmed next time we will keep it at 54. I would highly recommend this wine! Yum!!!”
