Welcome to the Rotten Tomatoes API

Welcome to the Rotten Tomatoes API.  The API gives access to Rotten Tomatoes' wealth of movie information, allowing anyone to build applications and widgets enriched with Rotten Tomatoes data.

Using the API, users can, for example:

• Search for movies and retrieve detailed movie information, like cast, directors, and movie posters
• Access to the Rotten Tomatoes Score (aggregation of critic's scores) and the Audience Score
• Get the current box office movies, new releases, and upcoming movies
