Your role will be to build end-user features as fast as we can dream them up. You will work closely with everyone on our product development team to turn mockups into reality. Your will work across the full technology stack from front to back, and be completely responsible for each new feature you build - from design to implementation to deployment and maintenance. You will write elegant, maintainable, robust, scalable code every day. The features you build will be used by thousands of people the day after we launch them.

You will work not just on our web applications, but on embedded platforms (browser extensions, set-top boxes, netbooks, etc), and you may be called on to help with our mobile applications as well.

About You

• 2+ years experience in Java 1.5+, JSP and JSTL.
• You have a deep understanding of Web protocols and formats and Web architectures.

About the Job

You will work in our backend server team to build, maintain, optimize and scale ALL aspects of our backend systems. This is a key role in helping us to handle the incredible growth we continue to see. You will help solve the complex problems that come out of managing a high-volume site, both in terms of concurrent usage and huge dataset. You will learn new technologies as necessary, and apply them these problems.

In addition to scaling our systems, you will work closely with our product managers and web developers to support all of our end-user features across the 10+ platforms we are deployed on. Your primary customer in this role will be other developers, and you will build data access components for them to easily consume in building useful, fun, usable features. About You

• You have 5+ years of full-time, hands-on Linux administration experience

• You have ability to script and automate tasks in at least one of the following: Shell, Perl, Python or Ruby

About the Job

You will work closely with the product, engineering and executive teams to manage strategy, execution, optimization and analysis of performance-driven marketing campaigns. You'll also monitor campaign performance while recommending and making adjustments to target metrics.

• You have a minimum 5 years experience in or related to advertising operations, as well as a bachelor's degree.
• You have experience running and managing mobile and online acquisition programs with an emphasis on CPA/CPI and CPC.

Collaborating with the rest of the Product Management team to create great user experiences for our web, mobile and TV platforms, you will be involved with all stages of product management, from high-level strategy to important design details. You will focus on growing our user base, on-boarding new users, and driving user engagement. You will be leading projects across multiple platforms to drive conversion, growth and engagement. Your projects will include testing and optimizing registration flows and engagement channels, including email, SMS, app notifications, app requests and app invitations.
