Employment
For the UK economy to grow and generate new jobs, businesses need an environment where employment law and practice encourage job creation and modern employee relations
Long-term prosperity and sustainable employment can only be achieved only by making the UK a highly attractive location in which to do business and employ people. That requires a clear, workable framework of basic employment rights combined with labour market flexibility in all its forms. Engaging employees effectively, using their skills to best effect and rewarding them appropriately - including provision for their eventual retirement - are central to business success in a globalised economy.
