Just one day after news broke of her split from longtime husband Danny DeVito, "Cheers" star Rhea Perlman stepped out in L.A. today sans wedding ring -- with a big ol' smirk on her face.
As we previously reported, 67-year-old Danny and 64-year-old Rhea are separating after 30 years of marriage. The reason for the split is still unclear.
The news came as a shock even to close friends. In fact, "Cheers" actor John Ratzenberger said he saw Rhea just the other dayand she never suggested things were going south in her marriage.
Thankfully, it's always sunny in Los Angeles -- even in times of divorce.
Jerry Sandusky was sentenced to spend 30-60 years in prison for his horrible crimes against children -- so, he's gonna need some music ... for that trip up the river. Maestro ...

Law enforcement tells us ... Tammy -- who wrestled under the name Sunny -- was popped in Branford this afternoon ... hours after she was released from jail on Arrest #4.
This time, Tammy was busted for 3rd degree burglary and 3 counts of violating a protective order.
We broke the story, Sytch was also arrested yesterday for violating a protective order when she was found passed out in the home of her ex-BF.
Tammy had also been arrested 3 times in 3 days back in September under similar circumstances.
Tammy is currently being held without bond and is expected to see a judge in the morning ... who will probably release her so she can get arrested again.
Might as well go for the double hat trick at this point.

Hulk Hogan just called in to "TMZ Live" ... and was completely stunned when we told him about the footage of his BFF Bubba the Love Sponge plotting to profit off of his sex tape ... telling us, "I'm sick to my stomach right now."
Hogan says Bubba had adamantly denied having any knowledge about the sex tape ... and told Hulk he didn't know there was a camera capturing Hogan's X-rated session with his former wife Heather Clem.
Hulk says he had warned Bubba ... "If you had anything to do with this, that means we were never friends."
We broke the story ... Bubba appears at the very end of the sex tape, after Hogan had left the room, and told Heather, "If we ever did want to retire, all we'd have to do is use this footage."
Hulk says he is exploring all of his legal options -- and promises someone WILL PAY for recording and releasing the tape.
Hulk Hogan's best friend, Bubba the Love Sponge, not only secretly videotaped Hulk having sex -- he bragged afterwards that the tape was a goldmine that could be the key to Bubba's retirement.
TMZ has seen the last few minutes of Hulk's leaked sex tape -- in which he bangs Bubba's wife Heather Clem. It's very clear -- Bubba was in on it. Moments after the deed is done and Hulk leaves, Bubba says to his wife ... "If we ever did want to retire, all we'd have to do is use this footage."
His wife shoots back, "You'd never do that." Bubba then tries to recover, saying, "I wouldn't do that, you'd be the biggest rat, you'd be dead."
The revelation is interesting ... considering Hulk went on the Howard Stern show TODAY and said he and Bubba are still good friends -- and sounded confident Bubba was NOT the culprit.
There's more, TMZ just broke the story ... Hulk is filing a criminal police report in FL and trying to HUNT DOWN whoever leaked the tape -- claiming he was filmed illegally.
Hulk Hogan is turning to cops for help after his sex tape surfaced online last week -- filing a criminal police report with his local PD in Florida ... in the hopes they'll be able to track down whoever leaked the footage ... TMZ has learned.
We've learned Hulk's attorney David R. Houston filed the police report with the Clearwater PD this AM, claiming whoever made the tape committed a felony by unlawfully recording Hulk without his consent -- and whoever leaked it broke the law by unlawfully running that footage.
Hulk's hoping a police investigation will lead him to the culprit ... or culprits.
As we reported, Hulk has already fired off a cease-and-desist letter to Gawker, demanding the website remove the minute-long clip it posted, depicting Hulk having sex. So far, the website hasn't removed the footage.
Hulk told Howard Stern the tape was shot six years ago while he was still married to Linda Hogan, but separated. Hulk said the woman in the tape is radio host Bubba the Love Sponge's estranged wife Heather Clem ... and Bubba gave Hulk permission to bang her.
Police in Sacramento, CA have interviewed a WWE fan who was punched in the face by CM Punk during a live televised event Monday night ... TMZ has learned.
The incident occurred on "Monday Night Raw" -- when Punk went into the crowd after a match ... and several fans began to get physical with him.
At first, Punk shrugged off the fans ... but the wrestler snapped when someone made contact with the back of Punk's head.
Punk unleashes a punch at the person he thinks hit him ... taking the guy down hard.
The victim met with police shortly after the incident ... and a rep for the Sacramento County Sheriff's Dept. tells us the man didn't appear to have any major injuries that required medical attention.
But later that night, the victim re-contacted police ... and said he had developed pain in his knees.
Cops say officers took the victim's statement and are determining whether to conduct a full investigation into the matter.
A rep for the WWE tells TMZ, "WWE security was unfortunately not in the appropriate place at the time. Given CM Punk's persona as a 'bad guy' fans were naturally heckling him, but unfortunately a few fans began shoving him and one struck him in the kidney and on the back."
The rep adds, "WWE regrets that proper security measures were not in place, and CM Punk apologizes for reacting in the heat of the moment."
Crazy moment at The Ataris concert in Jersey this weekend ... when the lead singer FLIPPED OUT and attacked his drummer ... firing his guitar at the guy and then throwing the drum kit off the stage.
It was a pretty glorious meltdown ... the band -- famous for their 2003 hit "Boys of Summer" -- were in the middle of a song when singer Kris Roe decided he HATED the way the drummer was playing.
Roe finally reaches his breaking point ... unstrapping his guitar and launching it at the drummer.
When the drummer continued to play, Roe grabbed pieces of the drum set ... lifted them over his head ... and threw them off the stage, until the drummer got the message.
Roe then went to the mic and tried to explain himself -- "Our drummer is f**king failing it tonight ... I don't know what his f**king problem is ... but I'm gonna finish the set by myself."
He added, "It's f**king embarrassing ... I can't handle it."
"I apologize ... but there's a certain amount of f**king sh*t I can take ... hopefully you guys understand ... sh*t happens."
2:04 PM PT -- Kris -- along with the rest of the band (sans drummer) -- has issued a video statement explaining why he flipped out on stage.
Kris says the drummer had been drinking heavily before the show ... "for like 6 hours probably" ... and was a mess on stage, missing beats and playing like crap.
Kris says he would have liked to have handled the situation differently ... "but c'mon ... it's rock 'n roll."

In case you haven't seen it ... Team Obama released the ad following the debate, in which they mock Mitt Romney's vow to cut off government funding to PBS. The ad portrays Big Bird as an enemy of America who towered over criminals like Bernie Madoff and Ken Lay.
But Big Bird isn't laughing ... and neither is Ernie, Bert, Oscar or Elmo (and that dude laughs at EVERYTHING) ... claiming Team Obama never asked for permission before using the Sesame Street character.
In fact, Sesame Workshop released a statement saying, "We have approved no campaign ads, and as is our general practice, have requested that the ad be taken down."
SW also explains, "Sesame Workshop is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization and we do not endorse candidates or participate in political campaigns."
Obama's camp says they have heard Sesame Street's complaints and will be reviewing SS's concerns.
Awkward news for Kim Kardashian -- her ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush just announced his current GF Lilit Avagyan is pregnant with his first child ... and it BETTER not be a girl ... or else.
Reggie called in to the Paul and Young Ron Morning Show to make the announcement -- saying, "I have a little one on the way. We're pretty excited ... It's an opportunity to bring in new life and raise a child."
Reggie added, "I'm hoping for a boy because if it's a girl, I'm going straight to the gun shop to buy some guns."
Reggie was presumably joking that he would need guns to protect his daughter.
Linda Hogan is firing back at the Hulkster ... claiming her ex-husband was lying through his over-bleached mustache when he accused her of abusing him during their marriage.
Linda is pissed over the statements Hulk made to Howard Stern this morning ... when he claimed he was the victim of verbal and mental abuse by his former spouse ... and that's why he decided to bang Bubba the Love Sponge's estranged wife.
Now, Linda is calling BS ... telling TMZ, "Unbelievable -- I never abused Hulk Hogan."
Linda also unleashed her lawyer, Raymond Rafool, who adds, "Hulk Hogan’s the-devil-made-me-do -it (or in his case my ex-wife Linda-made-me-do-it) is just a pitiful excuse for a grown man to avoid taking responsibility for his own mishaps and actions."
Rafool adds, "It is a shame that Hulk Hogan tries to deflect his immorality with false allegations that Linda verbally and emotionally abused him. Linda Hogan never abused Hulk Hogan – verbally, mentally or otherwise."
