Report: Nets acquire Johnson in trade with Hawks

According to a report on ESPN.com, the Brooklyn Nets and Atlanta Hawks have agreed to terms on a deal that will send Joe Johnson to Brooklyn. In exchange, the Hawks would receive Anthony Morrow, Jordan Farmar, Jordan Williams, Johan Petro, DeShawn Stevenson (via sign-and-trade) and the Rockets' 2013 lottery protected first round pick in the deal. Shooting for Three?

The Toronto Raptors have offered free agent point guard Steve Nash a three-year, $36 million contract, according to an ESPN report. A two-time MVP, Nash has averaged 14.5 points and 8.6 assists in 1,152 career NBA games with the Suns and Dallas Mavericks. Full Story.
