About MTV2 Presents: Converse Band of Ballers

  1. MTV2 and Converse present Band of Ballers, a one of a kind celebrity 3-on-3 basketball tournament featuring the biggest names in hip-hop and music. The chance to win the "Golden Speaker Trophy" has brought out music's hottest super stars in the past, and this year is no exception. Two-time defending champ, Jim Jones and his team, will be making a stand to take three in a row, but the competition will be fierce. YMCMB (Young Money Cash Money Billionaires), Matt & Kim, Wiz Khalifa, Chiddy Bang and 2-time defending champion Jim Jones will assemble all-star teams to challenge for the 2011 title.

    MTV News correspondent Sway is in the house to host the event, Bobbito Garcia will provide play-by-play commentary and DJ D-Nice will turn the game into a party blasting his high-energy mixes.
