One side of the charger broke the 1st year and the other side the next year. Now I need to buy a new one
         
Worked great when fully charged. But the charger is not working so the product is useless. I need to buy a new charger. It is surprisingly heavy! Don't waste your money buying this!
Pros:

Not a 2 cycle power machine.

Cons:

I used it about 10 times the first year, then one side of the charger stopped working (has a flashing red light). At the end of the next year, the other side stopped working. In total, I used it about 20 times.

This is a truly exceptional product. This electric trimmer makes the 2 cycle gas trimmer obsolete. It has power to spare, is lightweight, portable, and reliable. The auto feed system works great. I have a 15000 sq. ft, property enclosed in a fence and was able to trim the entire length of fence, home, trees, etc. with two power bars out of four left when done. Never had to recharge to finish. Now I don't need to have to mix gas and oil and deal with maintaining a gas trimmer.
Pros:

It has power to spare, quiet, lightweight, portable, and reliable.

Cons:

Not a big problen, but the safety button on the side. Maybe having a safety trigger in series with the regular trigger would make it easier to use.

This machine is Tough, light weight and very very powerful I had a craftsman cordless and i couldn't even make trim down one side of my driveway without the battery dying. With my new 36V lithium B & D WOW !!! i can trim all my side walks and around all my trees and around my landscape and still have 3/4 battery left. well worth the $$$ i'd recommend this to everyone !!!
Pros:

i love everything about it...light weight and very very powerful the side walk edger is awesome the battery charges in less than one hour
