STEAM! Innovation Week is a one-of-its-kind event that celebrates the spirit of innovation and its impact on American culture. Innovations of the past and present will come to life - Celebrate the spirit of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math throughout our historic themed areas. Visit 1836 Prairietown and discover what advancements helped Indiana's pioneers settle this new frontier. Venture to 1863 Civil War Journey and experience state-of-the-art technologies from the 1800s that shaped this significant moment in United States history. It's a week full of innovation, excitement and fun culminating in our STEAM! Innovation-themed Country Fair September 15 and 16. As with our 2011 Indy Mini Maker Faire, our STEAM!-themed Country Fair Makers Pavilion will include some of the region’s most creative makers, as well as scientists, technologists, engineers, and artisans who will showcase their work.
