Conner Prairie is located in Fishers, Ind., about 25 minutes north of Indianapolis on Allisonville Road (exit 5 from Interstate 69 or exit 35 from Interstate 465). Welcome Center parking is free.
Allisonville Road Construction Alert
There are two construction projects occurring in 2012 on Allisonville Road that could impact your drive to Conner Prairie. The construction is planned for the intersection of 96th Street and Allisonville Road, as well as the Allisonville Road bridge over I-465. If you are visiting us when this construction is in progress and you’d like to take an alternate route home, please follow these suggested routes:
• HEADING SOUTH or EAST: Turn right out of Conner Prairie and follow Allisonville Road south to 116th Street. Turn left onto 116th Street and follow it to I-69 S ramp on the right. South will take you to Interstate 465 or straight onto Binford Blvd.
• HEADING WEST: Turn right out of Conner Prairie and follow Allisonville Road south to 116th Street. Turn right onto 116th Street and follow it to Keystone Avenue (Highway 31). South will take you to Interstate 465 or north to Highway 31.
• HEADING NORTH: Turn left out of Conner Prairie and follow your normal route.
