What do you enjoy in your free time? In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my 7-month old twin daughters. I also enjoy being in the outdoors. Camping, fishing, canoeing, and hunting are some of my favorite activities.

If you could meet one historical figure, who would it be? I think if I could go back in time, i would be interested in not meeting a specific historical figure, but just talk to and work with craftsmen. The types of techniques we are still trying to learn, they did just as day-to-day commonplace tasks. I think it would be amazing to see their expertise and to learn from them.

Top three favorite things at Conner Prairie:
-The amazing stories we get to tell
-The fantastic people I get to work with
-Watching our guests have experiences that inspire them to learn more and try new things

Favorite indoor and outdoor activity: My favorite indoor activity is cozying up with a great book and a cup of coffee. I like to do a lot of things outside, but my favorite is probably just walking. If I could get away with it, I'd never drive anywhere.

Three favorite hobbies/interests: I love to travel, cook, dig through flea markets and antique stores, and spend time with great people.

Which celebrity do you get mistaken for? I was once told I look like a young Andie McDowell.

What is something we should know about you?
I love history, and I think it's most valuable when it's shared. I believe we should learn something new every day (and we probably will, even if we don't mean to). I have come to love the unexpected.
