1863 Civil War Journey, opening June 4, he’s the go-to guy. Dan has a personal connection with history. He’s been interested in learning more and more ever since he was a child and now he’s here, working on this new ground breaking experience!
1863 Civil War Journey will guide you through a unique, first-person view of the activities that led to the only Civil War battle that took place on Indiana soil. Discover what motivated them to take on a role in the war as you and your family gain a better understanding of the impact of historical events on everyday, ordinary people. Not to mention the theatrical wizardry, visual effects, sound, video, staging and sets that add to the overall experience. Civil War Journey is not about reading history, it’s about experiencing history.

1863 Civil War Journey since the beginning. He has assisted in creating the theatrical wizardry and capturing the story of the raid in an experience unlike anything a museum has ever done before.
