March 2008, COOLPIX P50 Review
by Mark LentPopular Photography & Imaging's Mark Lent called the Nikon COOLPIX P50, a hotrod of a camera for the casual photographer and the budget-minded consumer. Lent praised the P50 for being an excellent performer for an excellent price. In addition, Lent noted that the P50 was a simple camera to use yet was packed with sophisticated image-taking technology. Lent also enjoyed the P50's ability to shoot time-lapse movies, a trait not commonly found in compact point-and-shoot cameras.
