How To Get Your Product Repaired

There are two options that you may choose from to have your product serviced:

To send your product to Nikon for service, follow these steps:

Create a packing slip.

Use our online form to quickly generate a packing slip and shipping label that you can print out. You'll also receive printable shipping instructions.
If you wish to use your own packing slip, you may
view our shipping address.

Package and Ship Your Product.

Please read our shipping instructions to understand how to package and ship your product, and what you do and do not need to send.

Once we receive your product and have logged it in our system, we will send you a Service Order Number via email. Please allow several business days for this process to be completed.

Manage Your Repair.

Once you receive your Service Order Number, please check the status of your repair via the form below.

To send your product to a Nikon Authorized Repair Station for service, follow these steps:

Contact an Authorized Repair Station

to make arrangements for service.
Please note, these Authorized Repair Stations are independent businesses, and prices quoted by them are at their discretion and not subject to review by Nikon Inc.

Manage Your Repair

Log in to approve service on your product, check your repair status, and track returns (UPS shipments only).

To purchase a genuine Nikon part, please contact our Parts Department by phone or fax.

Are You a Dealer?
