There are two options that you may choose from to have your product serviced:
To send your product to Nikon for service, follow these steps:
Create a packing slip.
Use our online form to quickly generate a packing slip and shipping label that you can print out. You'll also receive printable shipping instructions.If you wish to use your own packing slip, you may view our shipping address.

Package and Ship Your Product.

Once you receive your Service Order Number, please check the status of your repair via the form below.To send your product to a Nikon Authorized Repair Station for service, follow these steps:

to make arrangements for service.Please note, these Authorized Repair Stations are independent businesses, and prices quoted by them are at their discretion and not subject to review by Nikon Inc.
Log in to approve service on your product, check your repair status, and track returns (UPS shipments only).

Please Note: The Parts Department does not deal with accessories. To purchase a strap, case, cable or other accessory, please visit the Nikon Store.
If you are a dealer and wish to view and manage the status of all open service orders, log in below to access your Service Account. You will also be able to view and track service orders that are currently in-transit or have been returned to you within the past 7 days.
