HELP PLEASE!! This is our second duty station our first was close enough to home that I could get my hair done every time we visited!! I am blonde and always will be but I need a new place to go. I have heard horrible things about the place on post so I really dont want to go there, Im willing to drive up to an hour if I need too! HELP!!!!
