Who did you sacrifice on planet Virmire? Were you able to calm Wrex down when he began asking questions about the genophage? Did you upgrade the Normandy SR-2 enough to make it through the Omega 4 Relay unscathed? Were the right people chosen for each task inside the Collector base?

Lost heroes in Mass Effect 2
I think I did remarkably well my first playthrough, I only lost Zaeed Massani and Miranda. I have no idea why Massani died, as I had him by my side the whole time. Miranda wasn't chosen for anything, but was disloyal after her and Jack's arguement in the comm room.
