Welcome to Western's department of Sports & Recreation Services' online course and league registration system.

Winter 2012 Registration

Registration for our Winter 2012 courses, programs, and leagues is ongoing.

March Break Camp 2012 Registration

Registration for Sport Western’s 2012 March Break Day-camps begins: Mon Jan 9 @ 8:00 AM.
Registration Ends: Thu Mar 8 @ 11:59 PM.

*Note: If you created an online account for 2011 March Break or Summer Camps, please SIGN IN with your pre-existing username and password. Use the “Sign In Help” section if you forgot your username or password. Otherwise please SIGN UP for an account to register for camps. Once signed in, please add all dependents (children) to your account before browsing course (camp) options.

Member Discounts!

Campus Recreation members (including current students) receive a discount off the published list price for most courses and leagues (excludes Sport Western camps). SIGN IN to your account to view our member pricing.

Online Registration Assistance

You can use our new online system, without entering a user name and password, to BROWSE through our course offerings and schedules and when you are ready to SIGN UP, just click on the SIGN IN link and you will easily navigate your way through the system and on to a healthier you!

SAFE AND SECURE

We continue to work hard to develop a safe and secure system, and we are confident that you'll find that purchasing your recreation activities online from a home, office or library computer is easy, fast and convenient. If you have any questions or concerns, please email campusrec@uwo.ca.

LOGIN ASSISTANCE

Western students, staff and faculty members: Your Western email user ID and password are your login credentials. simply SIGN IN, please do not create another account.
Staff and faculty without memberships may sign-up to create their own online account.

Non-Western members: You may SIGN UP to create your own online account. Enter your 9-digit member number (found on the back of your Campus Recreation membership card - begins with a "9") in the "Member Information" field. After creating your online account, check your email for your account activation link.

Non-members: Leave the "Member Information" field blank. After creating your online account, check your email for your account activation link.

Sport Western & Swimming Lesson Parents (who are NOT Campus Recreation members): You may sign-up to create your own online account. After creating your online account, check your email for your account activation link. NOTE: If you have registered your child for swimming lessons since May 2010, you will have a Campus Recreation account. Call 519.661.3090 for assistance.

You can browse courses by category or search quickly for courses by entering keywords or a course code.
2. Register Online

Registering online is easy. Add the courses you want to purchase to your cart. Continue shopping for additional courses, or proceed to Checkout.

Reminder: Western students, staff & faculty members, your Western email username and password are your login credentials.
3. Check Out

Complete your purchases: Complete credit card and billing information. Print the confirmation page for your records.

Course Refund Policy

There will be a 10% administration fee for all refunds, except if a course is cancelled. In addition to this fee, the following conditions apply:
- Before the first class begins, course fees refunded. After the first class ends and before the 2nd class begins, course fees refunded, minus the value of the first class (Exceptions: once a weekend crash course has started or registration has closed, there is no refund).
- Under all other circumstances, partial refunds will be issued for medical reasons only (with written documentation).
Sports & Recreation Services reserves the right to cancel a course for any reason; in this case a full refund will be issued with no administration charge.

Intramural Refund Policy

Intramural registrations will be refunded, minus a 10% administration fee, prior to the registration close date. After the registration close date, refunds will only be issued for medical reasons (with written documentation).
Sports & Recreation Services reserves the right to cancel a league for any reason; in this case a full refund will be issued with no administration charge.

Sport Western Refund (Cancellation) Policy

All cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
1. All requests for a refund must be sent via e-mail to sportwestern@uwo.ca.
2. 25% non-refundable administration fee is applied to any and all cancellations.
3. No refunds will be given with less than 14 days notice before the start date of the camp.
4. No Show = No Refund.
5. In all circumstances, a full refund will be issued for withdrawals due to medical reasons, with a medical certificate.
